The "Transform Yourself into Wolverine" contest on Heavy.com promoted the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie launch. The contest was only opened to legal residents of Australia who were 18 years of age or older and submitted a film of themselves shaving or trimming their beard to best look like Wolverine. Our work included design and development of the entry submission process, and hosting on our contest platform. This was a fast turnaround project that accommodated movie uploads of up to 100MB. Heavy.com was given access to a 24/7 contest admin to manage, review and judge entries.

Participants in The Sandals Wedding by Martha Stewart Video Contest needed to tell in a 90-second video why they should win a customized Sandals Wedding by Martha Stewart. Our work included design and development of the entry submission process, and hosting on our contest platform. We incorporated the navigation and other elements of the sponsor’s website to provide a seamless experience between their website and the promotion. The entry form allowed for uploads of 25 MB for AVI, MOV, MPEG and WMV file formats and we provided a judging tool for the review and the grading of entries.

The "Bed Bath and Beyond Take a Spin Game and Sweepstakes" was developed for Brides.com part of the Condé Nast publishing group. This Promotion consisted of forty-three daily "instant win" and six weekly prize winners. Entrants had to spin the slot machine and receive three of a kind to be deemed a winner. Our work included the entry submission process, the game integration to our backend instant-win platform and the development of the microsite. The promotion was hosted on our servers with full client management panel and a utility to generate the weekly prize winners.

Entrants to the Labatt Blue Light "Buffalo Sabres 1000 Tickets" sweepstakes had to submit a unique code found in specially-marked Labatt packs for a chance to win tickets to Sabres games. Our work included design and development of the entry process, codes integration, instant-win methodology, and hosting on our sweepstakes platform. We also provided flash animation on the landing page, an ‘already registered’ function (short-cut for returning entrants) and out-going winner confirmation emails with instructions and links to game schedules.

The microsite for the "Bruce's Jolly Jackpot" promotion included a registration and password creation for returning entrants to receive one entry into the sweepstakes and one daily instant-win game play. Our work included game concept, design and development, and hosting on our instant-win game platform. After playing, entrants were given the opportunity to refer friends and for every referee that registered through the sent email link, the referrer received one additional entry into the sweepstakes. This promotion received over half a million entries in seven weeks.

The "Big Wish 175" sweepstakes was sponsored by the city of Rochester, NY. Development work included the microsite with age screening, captcha, an essay box for entrants to enter a wish for the city, a COPPA compliant alternative entry form for children and an ‘already registered’ function (short-cut for returning entrants). We also provided a comprehensive admin for the city to review and grade entries and to automatically post the top graded weekly entry to the homepage of the website. Participants to this Wildflower Bread Company sweepstakes received a code on a scratch-off that was associated to a specific letter. Our work included game concept, design and development, codes generation and integration to game. Entrants to the website used their codes to collect letters on a game board until they could complete the word W-I-L-D and receive one entry into the grand prize drawing. In an effort to help preserve the environment, KeySpan, the largest distributor of natural gas in the Northeast, launched the "Be Green, Win Green" campaign. The promotion aimed to encourage residents to reduce the effects of global warming by converting their home heating systems from oil to natural gas. We handled design and programming of a comprehensive entry form inclusive of an appointment scheduling mechanism with a KeySpan representative, a necessary step to enter the sweepstakes. The "Sierra Mist® Ruby Splash™ Challenge" sweepstakes was accessed after playing a Flash game hosted on Yahoo Games. The landing page directed people into the new entrant or returning entrant categories. Once a user filled out the entry form, a cookie was set to automatically send the user to the "already registered" form upon return. JavaScript was used to animate the transition between each step. The promotion was hosted on our sweepstakes platform and full admin access was provided to the sponsor.

We designed a two-step entry process for users to first input their promotional code and then enter their contact information. The promotion featured a returning entry short-cut, an interface that allowed Text Messaging (SMS) and online entries to be integrated to a single client admin.

Returning entrants could re-enter on the landing page without filling out the entry page again. Instant winners were sent a confirmation email with redemption instructions.

The purpose of the Pontiac "Setup" sweepstakes was to build an interactive component to "The Setup" show through SpeedTV.com and Pontiac.com. Our work included the development of the microsite; the integration of video, Flash and other assets such as an interactive 360 degree view. Entrants were given the opportunity to refer friends on the thank you page. The site was hosted on our servers and the video on our Content Delivery Network (CDN). The "Ultimate Australian Adventure" sweepstakes was developed to coincide with the release of the movie Australia on DVD. We programmed a predetermined entry limit to establish who would win the grand prize. A package insert with entry instructions prompted users to enter the sweepstakes online before the limit was reached, implying an urgency to enter. Once the entry limit was reached the form changed to a call-to-action to drive traffic to australia.com. Our work included programming and hosting of the promotion on our sweepstakes platform and providing full admin access to the sponsor.

The Concord Grape Juice Culinary Getaway promotion was sponsored by the New York Wine & Grape Foundation. It invited entrants to submit their favorite recipe featuring Concord grape juice and to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a weekend at the Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY.
