Online Reservations

Our Online Hotel Reservation System was developed to work in conjunction with the Jaguar Property Management System (PMS) from Hospitality Solutions International. This online interface gives hotels the ability to maximize margins from online reservations. Web users can connect seamlessly with the PMS to view the rates and availability data in real-time. Bookings are processed directly by accessing the hotel’s inventory database. A successful sell at this access level results in a confirmed booking being created in Jaguar. Customers are effectively making bookings rather than booking requests.

By efficiently engaging their customers online, hotels increase the number of reservations, room nights, revenue, and improved customer relations. The single page interface simplifies a typically complex booking process and is able to handle any plan code, special promotion or corporate account, improving the visit/reservation conversion ratio of hotels.

Making travel reservations on the Web has become a common occurrence but the cost to hotel operators is a serious concern. The Web should actually be the most affordable sales channel of independent hoteliers. The addition of this interface to Jaguar provides hotels the ability to accept online bookings right from their websites without paying the high commission rates to third party providers.
